When removing the linear guide pulley, be sure to release the screw. If it is dropped or lost, it will be troublesome. Then remove the bearing. The core of some wheels is very tight, and the bearing is difficult to disassemble. You can use a hex wrench to dig it down. Don’t worry. The bearing is not easy to break, but don’t be too violent. Then brush the dirt on the bearing surface with a toothbrush. Some bearing side covers are detachable, while others are not. It is recommended to judge whether you support the detachable side covers first.
How to judge: if there is a C-ring on the edge of the bearing side cover, the ring is removable; if not, it is not removable, but there are exceptions. If it is detachable, it is very simple! Pry up the C-ring in the clearance of the C-ring with an in-line precision screwdriver, and then remove the side cover, just remove 1 side. The C-ring and side cover should be put away. You may need to put them back after cleaning. If it can not be disassembled, it will be more troublesome. Use destructive methods, use a precision screwdriver to extend into the joint of the side cover, and forcefully pry up the side cover, but the side cover can not be put back. Remove the side cover of all bearings, and then start cleaning. Pour a proper amount of decontamination oil into the bowl, and put the bearing of the linear guide for a while, so that the linear guide can be cleaned.
